The following classes utilize the gravity training system. A piece of equipment that relies on body weight as the resistance and uses a cable pulley system along with a glide board. The versatility of this machine allows the client to work at their own level. Using strength training principles as well as pilates it brings your workouts to a whole new level.
Gravity Classes: Work all the muscles in your body in just under an hour. This class is specifically designed to strengthen, stretch, and sculpt your body.
