With our basic membership you will be allowed to use the Express Gym and any of the cardio equipment any time during normal buisness hours.
Auto Charge .......................................$40 per month
Enjoy a discount for allowing us to automatically charge your monthly membership fee to a credit card or debit card . This is not a contract you may cancel at any time prior to your next billing date.
Gold Membership
Gold Members can access the Express Gym and cardio equipment plus receive one hour Personal Training sessions each month.
Silver Membership
Silver Members can acess the Express Gym and cardio equipment plus receive half hour Personal Training sessions each month.
Express Gym access plus 2 one hour Personal Training sessions.....................$125 per month
Express Gym access plus 2 half hour Personal Training sessions.................... $100 per month

We have a complete circuit of strength and cardio machines designed and arranged to get you in and out in 20-30 min's
Workout on your own or with a trainer.
